I am 45 years old, married to a lovely lady named Tracy and reside just off Commercial Drive in East Vancouver.

I started selling and marketing real estate in 1989 with Realty World in Coquitlam and now work with Sutton Centre Realty in Burnaby.

My real estate education upgrades include (among others), home construction, home staging and contract negotiation. In 1989 I received a Marketing Diploma from Douglas College in New Westminster.

Over the past 16 years, I have fully renovated 8 properties, including apartments, townhouses and detached homes. I very much enjoy this aspect of the real estate business as it allows me to transform an ordinary home into something special.

My travels have taken me to 27 countries, including a trip around the world in 1997. On that excursion I visited New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Nepal, India, East Africa, Egypt, Isreal, Turkey and Greece.

In 2000, my wife and I began hosting the annual James Bond Martini Party. We now have 300-400 people attending each year, with part of our proceeds benefiting the food bank. 

My hobbies include ice hockey, snow skiing and golf and gardening
